GitCheck is a web-based service that analyzes publicly available GitHub profiles and repositories. The Service provides insights, statistics, and analysis based on data retrieved from the GitHub API. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate analysis and insights, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by the Service. Analysis results are based on publicly available data and may not reflect the complete picture of a developer's work or contributions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GitCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any errors or omissions in the analysis results
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
